A Year in Review

2009 is almost over, I figured I'd take a look back on the year.  Here's 2009 in pictures (briefly).

This Snow Stuff is Awesome!

We got 14 inches of snow in our city on Christmas Eve.  I've had a lot of fun playing in it (as you can tell by the pictures below!)

I like to stick my face in the snow...and eat it!

A Christmas Eve Blizzard

Well the sleet finally turned to snow and I decided to venture out and see what this snow stuff was all about.  I've only seen snow a couple times, and it hasn't been more than an inch or two...nothing like this!

It's a Blizzard Warning...and I'm Scared!

It's sleeting at our house and the wind is blowing 40-50 mph.  It's noisy and I'm scared!

I hope this sleet turns to snow soon, it's much less noisy!

This Post has Nothing to do with Josie...and everything to do with PW and my Mom

I (the actual writer of this blog, not Josie) went to a book signing today.  You see, my mom bought me this cookbook as a gift.  She also bought one for herself. When the Pioneer Woman came to OKC for a book signing the first time, I didn't go.  My mom was very upset.  So when Mom found out PW would be back in OKC and only a mile or two from my house, she threatened to withhold my Christmas presents if I didn't go and get both our books signed.  So I did. 

I waited in line at Barnes & Noble.  Luckily I got there early enough to be close to the front of the line!

There were plenty of books to be signed!

Who Needs a Bed?

I don't need to lay down to sleep.  Sometimes I can sleep sitting up.

I Like to Cuddle

Sometimes I like to cuddle with my humans.

But usually I just like to cuddle up with a blanket, only instead of laying under it, I lay on top.  I have a lot of fur, I don't need more insulation!

My New Favorite Place to Sleep

My bed used to be in the corner of the room.  It's been replaced by the Christmas tree.  But now that it's moved, I have a new favorite place to sleep...but only when the tree is lit up!

See the bottom of the tree where that string of lights is just kind of dangling?  That's where I decided to taste the tree and take a branch for myself.  Then I got in trouble. : (

Peek-a-Boo

I wasn't really playing peek-a-boo.  She had food in her hands I was trying to get.  I couldn't fit through that space though. :(

What is Going on Here?

This is like an optical illusion.  Where are those legs that are sticking straight up coming from?

That's right, they're my back legs.  Look Ma!  I can touch my toes to my nose!

Christmas Decorations are up!

It's official.  The Christmas decorations are up.  Check this out, I even get my own stocking!

Here's the tree.  I'm not allowed to touch it :(

Guess I'll just lay next to it and dream of eating those tasty green needles.
